About 30 km of white sand south of Mombasa, backed by resorts, kitesurf schools and a coral reef close enough to snorkel from shore. Diani is the coast’s most polished beach strip, with everything from backpacker guesthouses in Ukunda to barefoot-luxury villas, and monkey-filled coastal forest right behind the hotels.
